NBI will exhibit in SMM 2012, Maritime Industry International Trade Fair Hamburg

SMM is the leading international forum of the maritime industry. Every two years, the representatives of the shipbuilding and marine equipment industries from all parts of the world meet in Hamburg, present innovations and forward looking technologies, and set the course for future success of the industry.

SMM celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2012. Once again, it will be the most important event in the maritime industry calendar – a trend barometer, innovation show and a meeting point for the experts. 

NBI will take this unique opportunity to present its new products and services to the trade visitors and experts from all parts of the world at SMM, sharing with them the best solutions for their applications, developed by our Technical Department.

NBI participated as speaker and sponsoring company in Visibilidade & Negócio workshop together with the most prestigious traditional manufacturers

The 12^nd to 14^th of september, it was celebrated in Brazil the event "Visibilidade & Negócio", focused on bearings sector.

The workshop's main objective was to broadcast the technical knowledge and the best practices of the bearing sector leading companies.

Among other ones, TIMKEN, Schaeffler Group (INA-FAG), SKF, NSK and NBI Bearings Europe, set out their major advances and news in quality systems process management, new products development technology, tribology, lubrication and optimum solutions for many leading machinery manufacturers.

NBI in Construction Expo, 2011, Sao Paulo, Brazil

In CONSTRUCTION EXPO 2011 new solutions and projects were presented, focused on large infrastructure projects.

Among the exhibitors was NBI Bearings Europe, who wanted to be present and personally assist customers in the construction sector and share with them the best solutions for their applications, developed by our Technical Department.

Sealed bearings

As a result of the work and effort of our engineering team, we have recently managed to incorporate a sealed version to the family of spherical roller bearings with contact seals on both sides, made of rubber and reinforced with a steel plate.

NBI attended Bearingnet International Meeting 2011 

This January, on 28th and 29th, it took place the 6th International Meeting for bearings distributors organised by Bearingnet. As one of the largest bearing distributor in Europe we were in Berlin and had a good time to share our own experience with some others members.

Our General Manager was there along with the NBI Key Accounts Manager, providing some catalogues and all the information somebody may need.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude the hospitality we received!

Visiting NBI's manufacturing plant

Last May our Marketing manager had the chance to visit the manufacturing plant NBI has built in Changhzou. She was very pleased to meet the whole production staff, as to see all the machinery fully working.
